The General Conference of Ministers (Permanent) is the highest decision-making body of the CTU. It comprises Caribbean Government Ministers and Technocrats responsible for information and communication technologies (ICT) and Telecommunications. The Conference meets annually to approve the CTU’s Work Programme and to direct the business of the organisation.
The Executive Council, (Permanent), comprising Permanent Secretaries and Technical Officers, meets bi-annually to discuss the affairs of the CTU, to approve its Work Programme and to make recommendations on regional ICT matters to the General Conference of Ministers.
Technical Conference (Ad Hoc) considers ICT issues and comprises Member State expert representatives, regulators and private sector representatives
The Secretariat (Permanent) is the principal administrative and implementing organ of the CTU and is headed by a Secretary General.
