The Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago (the Authority) is inviting proposals from suitably qualified organizations for the design and implementation of a Customer Satisfaction Survey. The results from this survey are intended to assess the Authority’s effectiveness and its impact on the telecommunications and broadcasting sectors from the perspective of its customers.

On Friday, the 25th of September, the Caribbean Telecommunications Union (CTU) in collaboration with Packet Clearing House (PCH) held a stakeholders symposium at the Hilton conference center in Port of Spain to advance the establishment of an Internet Exchange Point (IXP) in Trinidad.
St. Kitts and Nevis will this August play host to the Caribbean ICT Roadshow. A regional initiative of the Caribbean Telecommunications Union (CTU), the 20-country Roadshow is promoting the adoption of Information and Communications Technologies, or ICTs, as a catalyst for Caribbean development and integration.
The Governments of Dominica, Grenada and St. Lucia have received financing from the World Bank for an E-Government for Regional Integration Project (EGRIP). The Project will be implemented by the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Secretariat, Regional E-Government Unit (REGU). In this regard, the OECS is now recruiting applications for the following positions in the REGU: (i) Procurement Specialist and (ii) three Country-Based Technical Specialists for Dominica, Grenada and St. Lucia respectively.
