	Ms. Bernadette Lewis Secretary General Ms. Lewis is the first female to hold this position. Appointed in 2003, her mission for the organization is to ensure that that the citizens of the region have affordable access to, and are able to derive tangible benefit from the effective use of information and communication technologies.
	Mr. Selby Wilson Telecommunications Strategist (Consultant) The Telecommunications Strategist is the Secretariat’s primary advisor on issues of ICT regulations and policy and provides the strategic planning support for directing the activities of the Union.
	Mr. Rodney Taylor Business Development and Operations Manager Mr. Taylor is an expert advisor on Internet Governance and has published research on e-Commerce diffusion in the Journal of Information Systems for Developing Countries. He heads the CTU’s Caribbean Centre of Excellence
	Mr. Nigel Cassimire Telecommunications Specialist Mr. Cassimire has extensive experience in the Telecommunications field having worked at the executive level in public and private sector ICT organisations. He is the lead consultant on Spectrum and Internet Governance issues.
