ABOUT

The Caribbean Regional Communications Infrastructure Program (CARCIP) is a World Bank funded initiative which was conceptualized to leverage the power of ICT throughout the Caribbean region by using a three-prong approach to ultimately achieve greater Regional integration and improved competitiveness.

PARTICIPATING COUNTRIES
Currently, three countries are participating in the First Phase of CARCIP, namely, Grenada, St. Lucia and St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

BIDDING/CONSULTING OPPORTUNITIES

The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (World Bank) and the International Development Association (IDA) have provided funding to participating countries to finance all projects under CARCIP.

KEY STAKEHOLDERS

The Program comprises ICT Projects to be implemented on a phased basis in participating countries and at a regional level by three support agencies.
