Junior McIntyre is an innovative Computer Information Systems Professional and Consultant with a demonstrated ability to lead strategic development initiatives to support national and regional institutions in the Caribbean. Throughout his 25+year career, he has focused on utilizing his extensive understanding of the Information Technology industry to benefit organizations across the telecommunications, education and government sectors. A dynamic professional, Junior utilizes his expertise to redesign systems and processes in order to improve automation and business operations.

Junior has led projects to reengineer operations in the telecom and public service sectors and led the implementation of major enterprise systems across multiple sectors. Junior is currently the coordinator of the Caribbean Regional Communications Infrastructure Program on behalf of the Caribbean Telecommunications Union, and has represented and presented on behalf of the organisation throughout Latin American and Caribbean.

Apart from Junior’s history of hands-on industry experience, he holds a Master of Science Degree in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems and Business Management.
