The group is discussing issues surrounding local content. I wonder if CTU has considered creating a databaseof initiatives which will lead to Caribbean content? For example I am aware of Strabon - in the area of cultural heritage, and about a month ago in Saint Lucia the OAS held a regional workshop concerned with heritage /civil society that I think will also produce local content. There must be many more than this. Perhaps "we" the silent ;-) might begin by bringing initiatives that we know about to this forum? Mon, 16 Aug 2010 12:23:11 -0400
