Caribbean Spectrum Planning and Management Project Bidding/Consulting Opportunities - Caribbean Telecommunications Union

The Caribbean Telecommunications Union has access to financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB),
toward the cost of the Harmonized Caribbean Spectrum Planning and Management Project (HCSPMP). Additional resources
are being made available via the Compete Caribbean Program to fund participation in the project by spectrum
stakeholders in the OECS. It is intended to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

Eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) may indicate their interest in providing the services described in the
assignments below. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required
qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services.
